Hello, my name is Sara and I am a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in West Surrey and NE Hampshire.
Counselling can help people to understand themselves better, alleviate distress and create a different future. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental comfortable environment.
I am available at two locations, Natural Therapies Farnham Click here (GU9),a five minute walk from Farnham train station and Corner House in Woking Click here (GU21) a short walk from Woking town centre and all local transport links. Parking is available at both locations.
I incorporate aspects and tools from a range of therapeutic and counselling models to offer an integrative approach. As every client is unique, I adopt a flexible approach which enables us to find a way of working, that helps us to explore and resolve issues that are troubling you, so that you can gain a better sense of control in your life again

I work with individuals over 18 years, on an open-ended basis, or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
Appointments are available week days, evenings and Saturdays.
